Kostaki Rosé captivates with a nuanced bouquet of juicy red berries and delicate spicy notes, enhanced by a subtle salty minerality that adds depth and intrigue. On the palate, it is structured yet lively, with crisp acidity and a long, impressive finish. Versatile and approachable, this rosé shines with seafood, fried dishes, or light Mediterranean fare—making it the perfect companion for both relaxed gatherings and elegant occasions.
Winemaking: Native yeast fermentation, 5 months in steel + 2 months in used barrel. Technical sheets

More pale gold than pink in colour. Smells of golden yellow fruit, yellow plums, golden grapes. Rounded in the mouth, seems softer than the analysis (acidity and pH) suggests but this might be because it also has a richness in the mouth. Tastes and looks more like a white than a rosé but it has the texture a rosé might have, from skins and lees. Rounded, a touch spicy on the finish. Another distinctive, pure and complex wine from this new estate.

A set of our two sparkling wines, perfect for holiday celebrations, and our flagship Kostaki Dry that pairs effortlessly with holiday meals!
Kostaki Winery is a family-owned and operated winery on western Samos, five minutes south of Karlovassi.
Hand-crafted, crisp and elegant wines that redefine the wine identity of Samos.
All of the Kostaki vineyards are planted with the herigate grape variety of Samos Island.
One of the world’s oldest grape varieties, long celebrated across the Mediterranean under countless local names and believed to originate from either Greece or Italy. On Samos, it dominates the landscape—over 98% of the island’s 1,400 hectares of vineyards are planted with this variety.
At KOSTAKI, almost all vineyards are established through massal selection, not generic nursery clones, ensuring deeper complexity, authenticity, and a uniquely expressive character in our wines.
Fun Fact: Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains means “small-berried Muscat.” While its berries are relatively large, they are the smallest within the Muscat family.
