Kostaki DRY is our siganture white wine, a source of immense pride for us. Crisp and mineral-driven, it dances on the palate with vibrant acidity, leaving a refreshing, mouthwatering finish. Bright and saline, this wine pairs effortlessly with a wide range of dishes, from fresh seafood to Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. On the nose, it enchants with lively notes of orange zest, aromatic Mediterranean herbs, and a delicate whisper of wet stone, creating a refined and expressive bouquet that lingers beautifully.
Winemaking: Native yeast fermentation, 6 months in steel with 12% barrel-inclusion.

Wine Journalist[...] Pure, textured by the small percentage of skin-fermented wine and the time on the lees. An unusual combination of complex and charming with good length and a fine, dry, scented finish, plus a very very slight bitterness that is a perfect counterpoint to the fruit. A wine that needs attention because it does not shout, but it is persuasive.

About Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains
One of the world’s oldest grape varieties, long celebrated across the Mediterranean under countless local names and believed to originate from either Greece or Italy. On Samos, it dominates the landscape—over 98% of the island’s 1,400 hectares of vineyards are planted with this variety.
At KOSTAKI, almost all vineyards are established through massal selection, not generic nursery clones, ensuring deeper complexity, authenticity, and a uniquely expressive character in our wines.
Fun Fact: Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains means “small-berried Muscat.” While its berries are relatively large, they are the smallest within the Muscat family.
